Easter Week Worship
Come see what God has done.
What does Easter mean for you? Do you realize what God has done, what He has given to you? Jesus gave everything on the cross and through His resurrection He has given everything to you. The week of Easter is a wonderful time for you to pause, to see what God has done, and what He is waiting to do in your life. We invite you to come and be a part of our worship this week.
April 14, 2019. For generations, Christians have gathered to celebrate Jesus Christ's triumphant entry into a chaotic Jerusalem on His way to the cross. This is a time to discover why in the middle of a crazy world we have security in Jesus Christ. Our Palm Sunday worship follows our normal Sunday Schedule (small groups at 10, worship at 10:45) but with an emphasis on the meaning behind this day and how it impacts your life today.
April 19, 2019. Good Friday is the Friday before Easter Sunday and traditionally the day Jesus was crucified. How can the darkest day ever be a time of rejoicing for all who believe and a hope for all who trust in Him? Come be a part as we gather that evening at 7:00 pm for a candlelit service. A time of beautiful reflection as we take communion, discover what this sacrifice means and how such a dark day truly is good for you and me.
Easter Sunday is April 21, 2019, and it will be a day filled with passionate worship and wonderful fellowship.
It begins with our sunrise service at 7:00 am, which will be held outdoors at the cross (weather permitting), and will be followed by small groups for all ages at 10:00 am and Easter worship at 10:45 am. This worship will be a special celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the hope, forgiveness, and new life we now have in Him! (No evening service.)
Easter Egg Hunts
This year we will be offering two egg hunts for your family to enjoy. The first will be Saturday, April 20th, at Water's Edge apartments in Cleveland, along with a magic show for the kids. The second will be our annual Community Egg Hunt, Easter Sunday following worship at the church.
Hope to see you there!
